a clique?
I don't care. The argument can stand but I have my friends and I stick by them, really...wha's the harm in that.
I have people on here that I have been friends with since 2002/2003/2004 and on. Why do people look down upon those that are close friends? why the need to catergorize people with negative terms such as clique?

I don't think there's any harm in having a close knit group of friends or sticking by them. Nor would I think anyone would look down upon that.
I've met some wonderful people from this site and LIW. I value their friendship and would (and have) stood up for them in a heartbeat. As a friend I think that's somewhat expected.
I think when groups of people start acting as though they're above others or seem to be acting in a harsh way towards others that aren't in the circle of friends, then term "clique" comes into play.

Cliques it may be , honestly I think there are, but it doesnt have to be a negative.
I think when one picks on another its sad, but I think we are or should all be above that , someone like you shows that theres more to life then this right?

I would love to live there again, but I just don't think it'd be wise since all of JT's family is there and we don't have any contact with them anymore. It's for the best. Plus, I work in Smithtown, and I don't think I'd want to bump into any kids in the stores on Saturdays when I have old, smeared make-up on my face and my hair in a nest
But when you make it up here, I'd love to see you

We are very good Thanks. The little one is a handful but Mama loves him more then Life. Dh is a handful too.

I have to agree with Donna...Cliques are petty and childish theories.
After all you have been through, Deb, it's probably a moot point.
Besides, I don't think most people gang up on others...there are a few who may do that, but really who cares.
