Help! What should I do.

I took my prenatal at 5 with dinner. Just now I was on the phone with DH and I took ANOTHER one. I totally wasn't thinking. I usually take them before bed- why I took it at 5 is beyond me.

Do I need to make myself throw up?

you should be fine - I would not throw up. Maybe just skip taking it tomorrow.

no, you don't.....

don't worry.... I'm fairly sure the only thing that could be potentially dangerous would be too much vit A (but usually it's in the form of beta carotene, which you cannot OD on and is safe)

I think if you took 2 every day for a month of more it may have bad effects, but one day would likely do nothing.after all, you're nutrient intake from food varies from day to day, and there's no ill effect......

im the opposite, i forgot to go pick mine up from the pharmacy today so i gotta go a day without it. i know its not a big deal but i feel bad about it :(

That is totally something I would do. I always forget if I took my vitamin. I am sure you will be fine.
