Got this email, not sure if it's true or not
but I figured I'd pass it on just in case.....
Police Depts across the nation are being warned that September 23rd and 24th is the "blood" initiation weekend. Their intent is to have all the new bloods nationwide drive around on Friday and Saturday nights with their headlights off. In order to be accepted into the gang, they have to shoot
and kill all individuals in the first auto that does a courtesy flash to warn them that their lights are off. Make sure you share this information with all the drivers in your family!

SO TRUE!!! It is an urban legend but wouldnt surprise me!

I know LI is getting more of a gang problem, but I'd take this with a grain of salt. It is scary stuff, but from what I remember the Bloods tend to be a lot more random with initiation, though they do like Halloween. I think this gang tends to be more prevalent in NYC and other cities.
