27 weeks and pressure/cramping
is this normal? my stomach has become really hard since yesterday and i have cramping/pains. normal? or call the doc?
i was just there friday and everything was ok.

I would call your Dr just to be safe. Can be perfectly normal. I did have this at 22 weeks with my last pregnancy and wound up in preterm labor. But that was also with twins. In anycase, just call them and explain what you are feeling. See what they say.

I had some issues last week with this too.
I'd wait to see if your cramps subside first. Gross, but after i pooped, i felt better.
If they don't subside in a few hours i might call just to be on the safe side.
I later had had a lot of pelvic pressue (and still do) my doctor wanted to see me right away..With me they said the baby is proably pushing on my utures, they didn't find anything else wrong.

Look at BNBdreaming's post on Parenting  It's always better safe than sorry.
I had some cramping last week at 27 weeks that was painful like a period cramp. My friend said braxton hicks is like a tightening, but labor pains are like period cramps so I called. Sure enough they had me go in to L&D for monitoring. For me it turned out I was just dehydrated, but I'm happy we checked.
The tightening pains are likely braxton hicks which are normal at this point. But I always say it's better to ask your own doctor about it.

Im going through the same thing at 20 weeks and I seen my Dr just to be on safe side! I say call, its always better to be safe than sorry...

Most likely Braxton hicks but I'd call the dr to be safe. Ive been having Braxton hicks since 21 weeks. My stomach cramps up and gets very hard. I called and was seen by my dr to confirm.

I'm 30 weeks tomorrow and I have been having cramping/pressure for about a week and a half. My doctor was pretty upset I didn't call when I told him today at my appointment. He checked my cervix, tested for a uti and I think he even did a ffn which let's him know if I'm at risk for preterm labor. Call just to be safe.

i called lst night and they told me to come in, cervix is closed no contractions but they did the FFT. I will get results today.
