No, my horses are getting to the point where they are too old to go shopping with their Mommy. They get embarassed.
Despite my efforts to dissuade him, though, one insists on shopping with his malti-pek-a-dane-almation-chi-shep-terrier-poo that he bought at a pet shop on one of his solo shopping sprees. (I've got to take that Amex away from him!) It's really not that bad, though. He wraps the dog in many layers of plastic, carries bottled water for it, and always returns the shopping cart... Plus, he pumps so he doesn't have to breast feed in public.
The other leaves his cat at home because it's too difficult to hold the carrier and shop without hands, let alone opposable thumbs.
Even equines are split on this issue.

Ill give it to you in one sentence....
Dogs dont belong in supermarkets (or any other store but Pet stores) but others have different feelings about it.
I swear this comes up at least once a year!!!
NAH More often then that!

I missed it to but I gathered from the other 600 threads that there was yet another thread about dogs in stores.
