I need help with a poem.....

Someone had a photo in one of their albums of a poem that was on the table at their baby shower. I cant for the LIFE of me remember who it was. I thought I saved it to my notebook, but, I checked & its not there.

The poem was from the baby thanking everyone for coming.

I showed my mom & she LOVED it and wants to use it at my shower. However, She LOST IT TOO!!!!!

Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about???
