I mostly post on Parenting and TTC and pretty much never ask for prayers but we really need some strong prayers right now. DH's best friend (they were each other's best men) was in a bad skiing accident and it's really touch and go right now. If he does pull through it's questionable how much brain damage he will or will not have. So if anyone could please offer up some prayers I would really appreciate. DH isn't close to many people but the two of them are extremely close. DH isn't saying much but I know he's upset. Thanks
UPDATE: DH heard from his wife last night and the news was good. He's "out of the woods" so to speak as far as making it. That is such a huge relief. He is still sedated and has a feeding tube so he has a long road ahead. They still don't know what kind of damage ws done to the brain so we still need lots of prayers. He has at least another week in ICU then he will go to the next level town. So thank you everyone for your prayers they are working, keep them coming!
Update 2/23: He's back on Long Island at a rehad facility. I guess he needs to be evaluated there to know what really lies ahead. Overall though he is improving greatly but what kind of damage was done to the brain is still in question as is whether or not he will have a full recovery so prayers are still needed and greatly appreciated! Thanks everyone for thinking of him.
