I finally found it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I found the JJ Cole Diaper bag that I have wanted but refused to buy until I saw the colors and the size of the bag.....
I went to BRU to make sure that  car seat was installed properly, and decided to take a stroll around the store. I walk in, and of course they have the diaper bag but in the dark grey/light grey color. I was looking all  and an associate sees me and asks me what I was having a problem with, and I told her my dilemma....
She looked in the computer and tells me that there are 3 showing in stock, but not to get too  yet.... Could be an error.
So she says.... Lemme go look in the back, and 5 minutes later she comes out walking with a box of the bag in the style/color that I wanted!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ETS: After looking at the post, I realized how dark the material looks.... It's actually a cocoa brown - not the black that it looks.
 
There are so many compartments and storage space areas in this bag.... after I filled it, I found more areas for me to use! The other thing that I love is that this bag can be hung off the handles of her stroller so that I don't have to kill the storage area under her stroller with just her diaper bag.... I'm sooooooooooooooooo happy!!!!!!
