"Former "NYPD Blue" star Rick Schroder has a new beat, joining the cast of Fox's "24."
Schroder has signed on for a regular role on the skein, which returns for its sixth season next month. He'll play CTU operative Mike Doyle, teaming with Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) to pull off key field operations."

its possible that curtis lives...other key players are now gone that we actually care about, edgar being one of them.
but then again, the show would be more intresting if he died... or he might retire like chase did...
