Why can I fall asleep so well on the couch but not in bed???

Why can I fall asleep so well on the couch but not in bed???
I have been getting great 1/2 hour naps at night in on the couch when I fall asleep...but when I drag myself upstairs into our comfy bed, i lay there for at least an hr (sometimes more....)...why? is this pregnancy related or is there just a pea under my mattress? (I will still have to look!  )

I have the same problem. I fall aleep on the couch without a problem and i dint mean just naps. There are nights i slept 8 or more hours on the couch. But i get in bed and i just lay there. Dh noticed it too and now everytime i lay on the couch he asks every 10 minutes are you still awake?

I had the same problem, my couch is so much softer then my bed and I would just sink into a deep sleep on the couch!

i am exactly the same, DH has to drag me upstairs at everynight to go to bed.
