what is a good diet to go on
I lost 8 pounds already BUT I want to loss more weight FAST!! is there a particular diet that is good and I can loss some weight fast? Thanks

yes i have my little gym downstairs! But my treadmill is making weird noises now so I can use it. But i use my bowflex and weights.Pualine where online can I join Is it free??
