 | i have a question tmi warning(maybe thyroid related)   is it normal when you start a new meds my thyroid meds i started  2 days ago on 75 mcg is it normal to get my af 3 days early after that? Message edited 10/10/2005 12:10:39 AM. |

 | Re: i have a question tmi warning I am no expert on thyroid medication Ro, but I do believe that any medication might throw off your cycle a bit (either make your AF come early or late maybe)  I know that when I was on antiobiotics sometimes it would screw around with my AF as well
 I would check with your doctor maybe to be sure though.. but I'm sure its nothing to worry about at all
 
 Also there are quite a few girls on here who take thyroid medication, maybe they have some more insight

 I just started my meds for my thyroid last week-What meds are you on?
 I am soo irregular as well and am hoping that this will change but I know they say its not guaranteed.

 Oh me too that is what I am on.
 My cycle is from 35-45 days so I am hoping this changes after I am on the meds for awile.
 Do u find yourself less tired?
