 | BCP question- help please OK hopefully someone can answer this.
I think earlier this month I posted on NFR that I had strep throat and an ear infection. I was put on antibiotics that caused me to get my period mid pack. OK so I am on Lo Estrin FE24 I should have gotten my period on Wed and here we are on Saturday and nothing. Now DH and I talked during the month and decided not to use alternative forms and if it happened that I got pg it wouldn't be the worse thing.

OK So here is my question I am due to start a new pack tomorrow. Should I test or would you just assume that because the antibiotics already caused me to have my period that is why I am not getting it now?

Although right after my HM I never got AF so I stopped the pill b/c I thought maybe I was pg (I wasn't) and when my doc came back from vacation she said I should've just started the new pack b/c if I was pg, it wouldn't have affected the baby. I never knew that.
 Good Luck!

Ah thanks Marcela, that's what I was afraid of starting a new pack tomorrow.

I tested and it's negative. I was a little sad. The thought of being PG again made me happy though I don't think I am 100% ready. But if I was it would have been a great great blessing!

OK well at least I know I can have a beer today at the now indoor BBQ we are supposed to be going to.

 Thanks

 You're welcome
I thought I was PG last month and when AF finally came I was a little upset too although we are definitely NOT ready right now for another baby. I think it's a normal feeling. |

 Stacey,

I am definitely getting the baby bug again. But my daughter is a good girl but sooooooooooooooooooooooooo energentic, I honestly don't know if I can handle 2.
I know so many others have but 2 and to work full time and be alone with them every day after work while DH is working. I just don't know if my DD will ever having a sibling which makes me sad or I am going to have to have my Mother move in with me which is just
What to do what to do

(ok I was starting to have fun with all the emotes-
too many and the ) |

 | Re: BCP question- help please I would definitely test. Depending on what antibiotic it was it could have decreased the effectiveness and you could be pregnant. Keep us posted.
ETA: Sorry! I guess it will happen when it's meant to be.
