21 Lbs. in 21 days diet?
Any one on this.... or tried it? sounds tough, but the results are quick and then it is supposed to de-tox your system, which is supposed to help with maintenance..

Doesn't sound like a good idea to me. Even if it did work that would be a lot of saggy skin.
