I just saw the segment and I could not agree more. It is sad that our maternity leave policies and family leave policies are far behind the rest of the industrialized world.

Its true...this is the worst country I know of for maternity benefits. Its crazy to expect a mom to go back to work after 6 weeks....but its the norm here and you are expected to just get on with it..

I couldn't agree more! That radio personality ( forgot his name), well I just wanted to skin him alive. Where would this country be without moms, working or otherwise.
