2 positive OPKs in 1 month?
Took an OPK on July 7th that came back positive. Just for the heck of it I took another one today (I am on CD 23) which also came back positive with 2 strong positive lines. This has never happened before. I do have PCOS with irregular cycles. Has this ever happened to anyone else before? BTW just took pregnancy test, came back negative.

this is very common for PCOS. are you temping? you should because chances are you didnt ovulate with the first +OPK. i would get +OPKs several times a cycle and they didnt always end up in ovulation. this is caused by high LH which is a common symptom of PCOS. it makes OPKs and any type of cycle tracking fairly unreliable. always  around the +'s just in case, but def temp to determine if and when you are actually ovulating. good luck!

i had that happen to me ..i have PCOS also and i never knew if it was actual ovulation or not so i stopped using them and just rely on when the doc tells me

how does the dr know? Do you get sonograms?

yes..after i do the round of femera and injectables i usually go for 2 -3 appts where i get blood and a sono and they tell when i am going to surge then i trigger and go for b2b iui
