2 naps to 1 nap? when?
at what age did your DC go from 2 naps a day to just one nap? and at what time of day and how long is the one nap?

In the last few weeks, Ava has been transitioning to longer naps, and I think we'll see her going to one a day soon. About three days a week, she'll take one long nap in the morning for 2.5-3 hours, then not nap in the afternoon, and she seems fine, but gets tired earlier than usual. But then the other day, she flip flopped to taking a longer nap in the afternoon. So who knows. She's scheming up something in that brain of hers, just don't know what yet
