I dont know. I hope not. I have been noticing my almost 1 month old drooling and blowing bubbles. I think it might have something to do with his reflux. I guess it could be anything.

It is normal for babies to drool whether they are teetheing or not.
it coukld be teething though. My DD got 2 teeth at 3 months old.
