Re: 2 month shots

DD got those, but it was 3 injections. I'm not sure which 2 they combine into one injection.

Re: 2 month shots

I only let ds get one shot at a time - I am afraid if there is a reaction you don't know which shot it is from.

DH was scheduled to get the polio and HiB at 6 weeks and the DTAP and PREVNAR at 8 weeks

for scheduling reasons he is getting the HiB at 9 weeks, everything else on schedule

i personally feel that 4 shots at one visit is WAY too many. my ped was even hesitant to schedule 3 shots at one visit (thankfully we didn't have to)

i asked to have them seperated. at 2 months DS got the HIB and Pneumococcal conjugate. then we went back 2 weeks later for the DTaP. and he goes back at 3 months for the 2nd polio one

i definitely feel your pain Chat Icon while your insurance may charge extra to have the shots split up, if your ped is willing i would do it. especially since the DTAP and PREVNAR shots can cause fever and fussiness, why add to that?
