1st Tri and Pelvic Aches
I'm not sure how to describe what I'm feeling but I've been feeling a lot of weird sensations in my pelvic area, the area where I would normally have cramping during AF. Sometimes it's like aches, sometimes it feels like stretching, sometimes it's like mild AF cramps, sometimes like gas pains and sometimes it even feels sore as if I worked out. Sometimes I don't feel anything at all.
Are all of these feelings normal? I'm approaching 10 weeks. I'd like to assume it's because I'm pregnant and growing but I'm a worry wart!
The only thing to look out for is severe cramping right?

Re: 1st Tri and Pelvic Aches
I'm ten weeks and have been experiencing this from the day I got my BFP. My Dr. keeps reassuring me that it's normal and it is just my uterus stretching. I still get worried though. It's actually calming down a little in the past two weeks. I also heard that dehydration can cause cramping so I've been trying to drink more water and it seems to help a little.

Re: 1st Tri and Pelvic Aches
It definitely sounds like uterine stretching Gas pains also seem to hurt more when my uterus expands, probably because there is less room in there!
