1st time the boys are vomiting....help!
They are 13mo. No fever. Cranky...want to be held constantly. Both puked 2x in the last few hours. (typing this w 1 finger bc i have to hold them constantly).
feel so bad.
this is the 1st time they have been sick.
do i give them just pedialyte? no milk? other food?

No milk, pedialyte is super sweet so maybe cut it with water. Give them toast. Plenty of fluids, but no milk products as it causes phlem and then make for more vomit. juice. If they dont want to eat, dont force it. They will when they are hungry.

I agree. Just stick with pedialyte. I wouldn't even bother with juice because it burns going back up.
If they can tolerate bread products, I'd opt for a little of that too.
Walk around with an old towel so you're not cleaning up the floor.
Hope they're better soon!
