1st drs appointment

is tomorow. i was told i could ask any questions... but what questions should i ask?? what have you asked??TIA

I really can't think of any right now.

You definately want to know how far along you are. Also, ask for prenatal vitamins and ask if you should be taking calcium suppliments.

hmmmm...that's all I can think of for now.

OH, he/she will probably go over this but you should ask what you can/can't eat.

This is basically what I asked:

- Can I paint?
- Can I dye my hair?
- Can I exercise?
- Foods/drinks to avoid, etc.

Everything else I pretty much read in pregnancy books or online, or on LIF!

I remember the things he told me was not to lift anything more than 20 pounds, drink lots of water, and take your prenatal vitamins. Then each time you go in after they give you when your next appt will be (Level II, etc) and weigh you and tell you about any classes they suggest you taking. Good luck!
