1st birthday party

My ds turns 1 in november and we are trying to think of where we can have her party. Having it at home is not an option since there are too many people and i really dont want to do a restaurant and not enough people for a venue like a vfw since i feel like it would look empty with 50 people. My husband suggested dave and busters?? we can rent a room and have food but im not so sure how i feel about that.

any suggestions?

Dave and busters sounds awesome. You could also do it a pub that caters events

I had my engagement party at the VFW in Bethpage, had about 50ish people and it did not look empty, if that helps you.

DS is also a Nov 1st birthday and I was thinking about going back to the VFW hall. But Dave and Busters sounds kind of awesome now too!

I had mine at a KOC with 40 people and it didnt look empty. I had lots of decoration and an indoor bouncy house which filled up the room.

we had DS's 1st birthday at an American Legion. We thought closer to 80 would be there, but only 50 showed up. Although there were a few empty seats, it was much nicer that there was room for everyone to spread out and the kids to run around. It didn't look empty at all.
