I guess it depends on what type of party you have in mind.
You could have it at a children's museum, childrens gym, a play place.
It could be a costume party, an early breakfast tea party (before she gets cranky& naps  , a theme party like a county fair & you can hire one of those people who bring animals to you.
What ever you decide, try not to drive yourself too crazy...I did
