1st birthday food advice needed
For a 1st birthday lunch, we are expecting 50 people. Is this too little? also just so you know, we want to keep everything cold, no hot dishes.
so, is this too little for 50 people? and are heroes sufficient or do i need another main dish/meat of some sort?
MENU:
4 different kinds of chips 2 different kinds of dips
12 ft heroes (four 3-ft heroes essentially) 12 lbs of some salad that comes with the subs 1 tray of potato salad 1 tray of coleslaw 1 tray of pasta salad 1 tray of regular lettuce-type salad
cupcakes pastries sugar cookies with royal icing maybe fruit platter
drinks-water, sodas, juices

I would maybe put out more apps. If people snack a decent amount before the meal, you should be fine on how much food you have I think. Just an idea.
