1st bday

this has been asked before, but my searches are coming up old... wondering if anyone has a recommendation for somewhere that won't break the bank per person for a first bday. I'm from a big Italian family and hubs is from big Irish family so about 60 people is our immediate family.. thanks in advance

preferably Nassau County unless its close to Nassau. Thx!

Re: 1st bday

We had dd2's at il bacco in little neck. We are Italian, and the food was great. Nice big room. Umbertos in nhp is also a nice choice but they don't have an elevator to their private room.

The Irish American Center in Mineola and bring your own caterer. The hall is big and they set up and clean up

Every party we have ends up being 100 people invited because of the size of our families, plus family friends and friends. Its so annoying. Its hard to find a restaurant to hold that number of people, so we always end up at a catering hall unfortunately.

My recs were gonna be in Suffolk but I agree with the above suggestion for Il Bacco, nice place with really good food.
