Does it ever happen that you meet new people, and within a few months time youve met so many with the same name   
I dont think I have room in my memory bank for another Debbie or Barbara

I got you all beat.
My dad remarried when I was in highschool.
My step-sister had the SAME FIRST and MIDDLE name as ME... I swear.
Combine that with my Dad and brother having the same first name... 6 people in the house but only 4 names

My brother married a girl with the same name as me. We had the same name until I got married and took DH's last name. I used to love calling her office:
Hi, this is Patricia B., can I speak with Patricia B.
other end:  wait, who?
AS far as the most popular name I come across these days... Ava.

John (my husband is one of them) There were 10 at my wedding.
Even scarier my parents were going to name me Johnna (John-A) they heard the name Tracy & liked that better. And my middle name is Jacqueline (female for Jack/John)

and as far as kids go, never even really heard of Isabella before I had her, I didn't even have it on my list. I only heard on here. Now many little girls Isabella meets at the park are Isabella.

When I was in high school my 2 friends names were Melissa and Marissa oh and my name is Melissa. Do you know the looks we got when we met new people and introduced ourselves to them Also my sons name is Kyle and where we use to live there were 3 Kyle's on the block including mine and when we moved same thing. Tell me that's not weird.

Like "Oh, cousin Jen just called or SIL Jen..ETC..so many Jen's.

- Rob's BIL
- Rob's Brother
- Rob's Nephew
- My Cousin
- Our friend Lucy's Dad and Lucy's son's name is Francesco
- My Friend Marilena's son is Francesco too...
And lately i've heard of a lot of names with Luca in them...
eta... I had a lot of Frank's in the Bridal Party...

I have 3 nephews named Jack so that's a pretty popular one here. I meet a lot of people with kids named Matthew. Whenever someone hears me call him or mention his name, it's always "Oh, you have a Matthew too?" but I knew that going into the situation.
Julia is pretty popular too - there are 2 little girls on my block named Julia and we have a friend whose DD is Julia too.
