I would look on Ebay. A friend of mine loves vintage dresses - especially flapper dresses - and finds them all the time on Ebay. Good luck!

Try thrift stores... I found one there. The thrift store in Babylon on Montauk Hwy - b/w 231 and DPA on the north side.
It's run by a super fabulous old lady - LOVE her.

not sure where you are or what size you wear, but I made a flapper dress last year buy just sewing some fringe on the bottom of a black short sleeved cotton jersey dress. let me know if you want it, you can have it!
