this is why I believe that all potential parents...not just adoptive parents should be precreened.

We here stories like this too often...and what's even scarier is the ones we don't hear about and the children that slip through the cracks until its too late.

OMG!!!! This line just broke my heart. SICKOS!

Police said hospital staff had to shave the head of the girl because her hair was matted with cat urine. The 10-pound girl also had a mouth infection, dry skin and severe dehydration.

There are SO many things wrong with this, I am at a loss for words.

i just read the story and it makes me sick. so many couples who want to have children CANT! and those careless pieces of sh!t, take those babies for granted? *** is this world coming 2.

When kids are hungry they scream and cry... they just sat there listening to their kids scream for hours while they were on the computer???????

This is really really sad.... I mean starvation??!

Thank God that at least the children survived. There was one incident last year where a 4 month old died because the parents left her to go play video games.

I read this story yesterday and was sickened by it.

This is unbelievable:

"Last month, experts at an American Medical Association meeting backed away from a proposal to designate video game addiction as a mental disorder, saying it had to be studied further. Some said the issue is like alcoholism, while others said there was no concrete evidence it's a psychological disease.

Patrick Killen, spokesman for Nevada Child Abuse Prevention, said video game addiction's correlation to child abuse is "a new spin on an old problem."

So they're trying to say if you can't pull your sorry a$$ away from a video game you may "possbily" have a mental disorder. Give me a F'ing break!

I feel so bad for these kids Obviously there were some problems from the beg becaue they had Social Workers
