Do u have allergies?

I'm not pregnant...yet...but I am TTC(12DPO) and my allergies are driving me crazy....what were you able to take for them? I usually take Claritin-D 24 hour...can I take that?

Thanks ladies.

No. My doctor said nothing with a D in it. Try regular Claritan.

Try to stay away from the Decongestant as it can make your heart race (and baby's heart too). Doctors encourage you to not take any medication the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. But don't go crazy until you actually get a BFP. It was a killer on my allergies, but I refused to allow anything in my body for that first trimester. Claritin is alright to take, but try to take the regular and not the Claritin-D. I've been taking benadryl. Good luck!!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Since I've been PG my allergies haven't really bothered me and I get them really bad. My cousin said my body is too busy with other things.Chat Icon

Hopefully you'll be like me.
