16 week appt
Do I need to be groomed for this one? I know there's no sono but are they going to make me take off my undies?

Nah, you're good until your 36 or 37w appointment!
Maybe they do an internal sono to check your cervix at your 20w Anatomy Scan? But that's just the sono tech and mine didn't even really look before she aimed.

No they just did doppler sonogram to hear heartbeat.
