16 months old - how much milk?
Hi Ladies,
Just a quick question. How much milk should a 16 month old drink per day (how many ounces)? What else do you give your little ones to drink? I think my son is having too much and wondering what the effects of too much milk might be? Any ideas? Thanks so much!

Jack is 15 months old and he gets about 16 ozs a day....that counts what he drinks and what I use in cereal, mashed potatoes, etc. I will usually give him a little juice with a snack after his nap, but he drinks milk with all his meals. Then if he still wants more juice I give him water.
