HELP! My 15 month old dd used to wake up around 6:30/7, but for the last week or so she's been waking at 5:30 screaming! She used to be content to play in her crib and lay around, but now she wakes up and immediate stands and screams and cries until we get her.

What changed?!?! Any way we can get her back to her normal schedule? She is in daycare all day and only gets a 2 hour nap in the middle of the day, so I'm sure she's tired until that nap. She usually goes down around 7/7:30pm. Should I try to push until 8pm?

Anyone btdt and fixed the issue? I tried putting books/toys in her crib after she goes to sleep so that when she wakes up she can play with them, but that didn't work. Her room is very dark - no light, should I try a nightlight so she can see when she wakes at 5:30am? I'm tired and I really need that extra hour of sleep!

PS - I don't think it is teething. She has all her teeth except for the last 4 molars and I don't see a sign of them coming in right now...plus, she never did this with any other teeth...
