12th Night Brides
I know that for the album we have to choose which pics we want used. But did anyone have to chose exactly which pages the pics go on? I had to do this, and of course have been delaying, but I am kinda upset by this. All the money that I am paying, I feel that they should be the ones to say which pics look good together and which dont. I just wanted to know what other brides had to do. Thanks!
PS--My wedding was in July of 05---talk about delaying

Don't worry - I am May of 05 and still don't have my album! However, it is my fault. I selected the pictures and they sent me a draft of the album - but I didn't like it and made a million changes. THAT was annoying. Now, the second draft came in, and it still isn't how I want it. I am delaying now because I don't have the money to part with, but a BIG part of me just wants to close this chapter of my life!
I feel your pain!
PS, to answer your original question, I didn't choose the pages the pics went on originally. This surprises me - did you try talking to them?

I got married in 8/04 and just did my album 1/06- Don't feel too bad.
I had a friend of the family give me the album and I put the pics in myself- so I am no help to you.

When I first gave the cd of pics, I had more than 100---so they told me to sort through them and then chose the pages. They said that they got busier than expected, and wouldnt be able to get to it for awhile. I just dont think, for the money I paid, that this should be an excuse. And it upsets me, because I was really happy with them, like really really happy, up until this point

If you can wait (I know you've waited a while already!) wait until after Christmas. They will have really slowed down and will then probably have the time to sit with you. I have to agree, I loved them up till the album too. I still love them, but just wish the album were done to my specs the first time!
Make sure you make your feelings clear. They are really great and I am sure they will work with you!

I actually did my own albums myself. He recommended it and soooo happy we did.
I got married in '05 and didnt do our album yet, lol, but we did both our parents albums off of Shutterfly and they came out BEAUTIFUL. Noone beleives they are from Shutterfly and that I did it myself.
$39.99 comparing to about $1400.........its a HUGE savings.
