12 years ago today...
my husband and I bought our first (and current) home.
If walls could talk...there's been many beautiful memories made here...as well as some very sad times as well.
In the 12 years we've lived here, I honestly cannot count the renovations we have made.
But for those of you who are new home-owners...just know it NEVER ends.
But THAT's the fun of it.
Your tastes change.
The functionality of your house changes.
Your needs change.
It has been so much fun to watch our house "grow" along with our family.
Can't wait for our next improvements! 
In the spring, we will be completely redoing and expanding the stoop and portico!! Plus we will be putting a new front door, repairing some stucco work, and adding stacked stone. We'll also be doing some fence and gate work as well.
But just wanted to share our "house anniversary" with you all!
