12 week appt Monday & nervous
My last OB appt was 8/5 and went great. I feel fine with no complaints but sometimes I just get "that feeling" that something could be going on. I know worrying won't help anythig but I just try hard to not worry. I had a loss last time at 6 weeks & bled (not hemmorrage) so I knew something was wrong.
My question here is if we have no complaints (pain, bleeding), is it safe to say that our pregnancies are still healthy ? I don't even have a bump just yet. Maybe I'm imagining.

I think its normal to feel like something could be going wrong, but I just try to rationalize it that no news is good news. Everything has gone normally, no issues, so I am going on that. I was 12 weeks last week.
Hope you feel more relaxed soon and get to enjoy your pregnancy.

I hear you. I do enjoy it. I guess with my appt coming up I get concerned again.

I know exactly how you feel!!! My appt is next Friday and I will be 11w5d and coming from an RE where you get a sono every week this is completely nerve wracking!!! I haven't had a sono since my 7th week and I am freaking out. I have two in my oven and I try not to think the worst. I have been lucky. No MS just tired and even that is subsiding already. My midwife said no pain no blood you are fine. Easy for her to say!!! Lol. I just keep telling myself all is ok. Good luck at your appt! I am sure all is well!!

My mother who has had a loss said the same thing. If you were miscarrying, its more likely you experience something giving you the clue like pain & bleeding. I don't even notice any changes in my body just yet.

Re: 12 week appt Monday & nervous
My 12 week is also Monday and it is sometimes scary bc you're always afraid if getting bad news. This is my 2nd pregnancy, and last time I was def more nervous than this time. Once you're further along and start to feel your LO, you can relax a little.
I think how you feel is normal, but try to stay positive.

Thanks so much. Lots of women will say how nervous they were until they took their baby home. I'm only ultra nervous having gone through infertility and miscarriage at 6 weeks. I'm fine though. Feeling great every day.

Re: 12 week appt Monday & nervous
I know exactly how you're feeling. I'm 15w3d today and my next sono isn't until next Thursday. My last one was 7/29 so this is the first time I've gone more than two weeks without one. I've had two losses before this pregnancy and in between each sono I freak out thinking something is wrong. Everyone keeps telling me everything will be fine and I'm past my crucial point (had both mc's at 6w1d), but I still get crazy anxious.

Re: 12 week appt Monday & nervous
I don't miss that feeling! I love that I can feel the baby every day. I am friendly with the PA at my OB office (I used to work there). I would always ask her about miscarrying and not knowing. She said MOST of the time if you saw a heart beat and then miscarried you would be having pain or bleeding. Of course this is not 100%. Put my mind at ease a bit though.
