I'm Back from Level 2- And It's a........................
BOY! 
Needless to say I was shocked! She asked us what we thought we were having and I said girl and she said, well your wrong....LOL...and hes sure not shy! 
So Noah William it is.
Im still a little in shock...LOL.
As far as how everything looks............
The Tech said.....It looks good ( I owe you all for your prayers and good wishes, I cant say THANK YOU enough!!!!)
The heart looks ok, 2 legs, 2 arms, fingers and toes and brain is ok...placenta is ok, cervix and fluid ok.... baby is about 13 oz's already and measuring on time.
I am still having a fetal echocardiogram in about 3 weeks to check the heart out better.
We went to babies R us after to finish our registry. It was weird, and exciting and SCARY. And of course I started crying a few times in the store.
I still feel like Im an imposter in all this. That it cant truly be happening and be OK....
BUt For now...Im excited, and Im having a boy

Congratulations...I am going to name our baby Noah too if its a boy. I have loved that name for quite some time.
I had my level II last week and chose not to find out the sex. Just wondering - why are you having the fetal echo? Is that something your doctor suggested? I'm wondering wny my doctor didn't suggest it.
