11 month old sleep patterns
DD will be 1 in 3 weeks. Lately her sleep patterns seems to have changed. She has always been a great sleeper, but lately has been waking up during the night. Nothing about her night time routine has changed. Last night she was up from 930-1230. Crying off and on and then just babbling. Tonight she was up once already. I did read that when they start learning new things this happens and she has recently started standing up and cruising. This happen to anyone else?

Re: 11 month old sleep patterns
Separation anxiety or teething. I sat in their room for a little bit til they were calm.lasted a week. I gave Tylenol if they were noticably teething during the day. If everything was ok I let them cry a bit. Especially if they had been sleeping and woke a few hrs later to play. I give them 10 mins but go in if they are bawling. They usually settle in 2 min.

DS has this happen all the time. I just go with it and usually it lasts only a week or so and then back to sleeping good.

Re: 11 month old sleep patterns
we had a really hard time with their sleep when they started walking (dd at 9 months and ds at 11) and whenever dd gets new consonants, she wakes up at like 4am trying to talk like this morning
