10 week visit went well
I gained 7 lbs and he said that was fine. They took like 6-7 vials of blood. I was joking to leave some for the baby! 
So then he gave me a prescription to see a different place called Mastro or something across the street from Good Sam hospital for the 12 week ultrascreen. I am so nervous and excited about that visit!! But the doctor said you get great pictures from this one.

 They are right, the 12 week pictures are making us laugh. (We just got it done last week) DH is bringing them to his grandparent's house today.

That's great news! The 12 week ultrasound is so neat....it's amazing how it actually looks like a baby at that point.

are you high risk? dr mastrogiannias is a high risk dr. There are a few of us on here that go and see him. You will be warned he is very straightforward but I think he is very nice.

No I am not high risk but my doctor said you have to be specially certified to do the ultrascreen and he isnt I guess and Dr Mastro is close to where I am delivering. I heard the wait is insane there though.

i go every monday and the wait is about 1-2 hours, but if you get a 10 am appt. you are in and out, so try and get one early! IF he sees anthting with the baby that is abnormal he does tell u straight out, no sugarcoating, but a great dr. and i would love for him to deliver my baby bc he is soooooooo great and worth the wait!!
