10 month olds -how long stay awake?
I'm wondering about nap times with DS. I think he's overtired for some of them and we need to CIO again - so frustrating, I can't stand it - I feel so bad.
What is the time between when DC wakes up from last nap and bedtime?

At that age she STTN 8ish to 8ish and took 2 naps for about 1.5-2 hours each... she was never up for more than 3 hours at a time. Just before turning 1 though, that all changed and out the window went the afternoon nap. She's been taking one 2-hour nap now since then (she's 16 months) and STTN about the same, 8:30p-8/8:30a.

Her last nap of the day usually ends anywhere between 3-4pm. (she only really sleeps for about 30-45mins)
Her bedtime lately is anywhere between 7-8pm. Sometimes it's earlier, sometimes later. Since she's been teething really badly i've just been following her cues and putting her down when she was ready
