8:30ish - 3 tbsp of oatmeal cereal or plain cheerios with 2 oz of milk and some fruit
11:30ish - 4oz of milk
1:30ish - protein of either a meatball or chicken dish
3:30ish - yogurt pouch with some puffs
5:00ish - dinner - pastina with either lentils or red sauce or chicken with a vegetable and some fruit

Re: 10 month old feeding schedule
DD is 10 1/2 months. This is more or less her feeding schedule
5:30am - she wakes up and gets an 8 oz bottle
8:45am - i give her breakfast- usually earths best french toast sticks (or an egg) & oatmeal and a fruit pouch
11:45- 8 oz bottle
she naps usually from 12-2
2:45- yogurt and alittle snack. She loves cheese or I buy applegate coldcuts- ham or turkey and cut up really small. or even dr praguer spinach or kale or broccoli bites she loves.
4:30pm dinner- whatever we are eating - last night it was pasta with meatballs and some fruit.
7pm - 8 oz bottle.
I try to generally follow this and it seems to work well.
