Weds: Grilled steak caesar salads with PW bread

Monday: Chicken Fajitas
Tuesday: OOT
Wednesday: OOT
Thursday: Pasta w/peas, salad, Italian bread
Friday: Steamed Flounder with lemon butter sauce, rice, sauteed veggies.

Sun - Ordered Pizza
Mon - Cajun Tilapia, sweet potato fries and broccoli
Tues - Chicken in a pot (pot pie filling with no crust)
Wed - leftovers
Thurs - DH will be out, will prob have grilled chicken or soup
Fri - Turkey Enchaladas
Sat - out

Monday: Sheperd's Pie, salad
Tuesday: Morrocan Chicken Stew, couscous, salad (did not make last week)
Wed: SPlit Pea soup,, crusty bread
Thurs: Chicken Marsala with whole wheat pasta, salad
Friday: leftovers or takeout

Tues: My grandmother's corn chowder....mmm...looking forward to this one...

Sat: Spaghetti and meatballs (DD's favorite and always requires a bath )

Weds: something quick - we are going to see kevin james. . . maybe grill cheese with tomato
Thurs: spinach Turkey burgers with grilled asparagus
Fri: whole wheat angle hair with a low fat spinach cream sauce
Sat: roasted chicken with roasted potatos and some kind of veggie

It's just me and the kids for dinner most nights so it's going to be very easy...
Sunday: Mac & Cheese, hot dogs at my niece's
Monday: Spinach & Red Onion Omelette, Apple salad and cheese
Tuesday: Piccolini with Tomato Basil sauce and turkey meatballs
Wednesday: Take out
Thursday: French Onion Soup with spinach salad
Friday: ?
Saturday: dinner at my sister in law's

booo...the back from vacay menu
Tues: dh bday. seared center cut pork chops with a mustard cider sauce, mashed potatoes, corn, and some sauteed green (have to go to the market) cake.
Wed: turkey cutlets, black beans, white rice, roasted sweet dumpling squash, salad
Thurs: sauteed chicken with garlic and string beans over rice (asian style)
Fri: out to a beer garden with friends for dh party

it is. it's a small squash that's kinda green but mostly white. lemme see if I can find a picture.
it's very sweet. I usually roast with just salt and cinnamon, but Shapla also puts brown sugar so I am doing that tonight.
found a pic. you could probably mash it too and serve like potatoes. I like to make this as a side to chili now b/c it tempers the spicy really nicely!
