1 year old: eating and napping questions
1. DD eats randomly right now. I really want to get her on a schedule or routine. What times do you usually serve breakfast, lunch and dinner?
2. Napping is random too. the times and lengths. what is normal at this age? how many naps does/did your LO take? and how long were they?

1 year old: eating and napping questions
DD is 13mo. She does go to daycare so she is on a schedule there, but I try to keep a loose schedule at home too: Wake - 6:30-7ish - DH will sometimes give her a bottle of milk if I'm still sleeping, or if I am awake I'll nurse her. Breakfast: 8:30ish Nap: 9:30ish - she'll sometimes go a good 2 hours! Lunch: 11:30-12 Afternoon Snack: 2:30 Nap: 3pm - this is a shorter nap usually Dinner: 6:15ish Bed (I nurse her): 7

Re: 1 year old: eating and napping questions
Here is DD's schedule:
Wake up: 5:30-5:45, stays in crib until I get her between 6 and 6:30. Lucky for me, she plays and talks to herself for awhile.
No more morning bottle, because she wasn't eating breakfast.
7:30 - breakfast with a straw cup of formula (diary allergy, so no milk yet, and won't actually drink it from the cup, but we're trying)
9-11ish -nap
11:00 - bottle
12:30-1ish - lunch
2-4ish - nap
4:00 - bottle
6:00 - dinner
7:30 - bottle and bed.

1 year old: eating and napping questions
DD is 15 months.
6am- wakes up and has a little milk in a sippy. We just eliminated nursing in the morning.
7am-breakfast and more milk (she only takes a few ounces total so I offer it throughout the day).
10am- snack
12:00- lunch
12:30 or 1: nap. It's her only one and lasts 2-3 hours.
4:00- snack
6:00- dinner
8:00- nurse and bed

Re: 1 year old: eating and napping questions
DD is 14 months, her schedule is something like this: 7:00 a.m. – wakes up. Give her 6oz. milk in a sippy 8:00 a.m. – eats breakfast with watered down juice in sippy (like an ounce of juice & 5 oz. of water). 10:00 a.m. – nap (approx 2 hrs) 12:00 p.m. – lunch with watered down juice in sippy, then 6 oz. milk in sippy 5:00 p.m. – dinner with watered down juice in sippy, then 6 oz. milk in sippy 9:00 p.m. - bedtime, with 6 oz. milk in a bottle. Sometimes, she’ll take a nap in the afternoon, but that’s pretty rare. And throughout the day, we’ll give her some watered down juice and snacks.

1. All approximate times, but dd has bottles are 7am and 7pm. Breakfast is 9, lunch is right before her afternoon nap, and dinner is around 5. I like to make sure her belly is full before I put her down for naps. So I correspond it with that
2. Dd will sometimes miss morning nap and have an earlier afternoon nap... Most days it's like 9:45 and 1ish.... If she doesn't get morn nap, then she'll nap around 12... I try to go based off her cues... But she's pretty much like clockwork so she has her own schedule built in lol
