1 week till DUE DATE!!
I am due next friday!! As of my last Dr appt I was closed up TIGHT .. Now it is a WAITING GAME..Any tips on how to get things started?? TIA

My yoga teacher told me this week that a cup of Red Raspberry Leaf tea 3 times a day can help get things moving! Also, she said if you stand with your feet about shoulder width apart and do some wide hip circles, that encourages baby to move on down! GL!

someone posted a thing about pumping causing early labor...but for that it said check w/the dr first.
