They sell the cake tin in the shape of a 1 that you can use to make it yourself

Yes, it's a Wilton pan. I have one and made a 1 cake for my friend's son. I just used two box cake mixes. It was super easy and it came out great!!

I had a #1 shaped cake from Front Street in RVC
Also, Mario's Bakery in Oceanside makes them, too!
