Re: Radiology technician as second career?
My mom was a radiologist for years, she just retired about 3 years ago. She has said it can be difficult to find a full time radiologist position as many medical offices tend to hire on a more part time basis. Good luck changing career paths!

Radiology technician as second career?
I looked into it a few years ago and even after going to school and getting certified it wasn't going to pay as much as I'm making now. So I didn't follow through. I found it very interesting. Good luck!

my husband was looking into this and i think most were a 2 or 4 yr program..so that wasnt going to work.
