I recently went and it is far from all inclusive as you pay for everything additional.
Look at Riding Hy Rancy or Rocking Horse Ranch.

Love RHR we go every year, It seems a bit expensive but everything is included. You don't have to spend another dime.

Villa Roma doesn't have many of the on site kid friendly fun that other resorts mentioned here have. We wouldn't go back again.
