Hi ladies. I have a unique question, but I am not comfortable posting it on the pregnancy board or parent board. Having spent a year with you ladies in the past, I feel safer asking it here, KWIM? I hope you forgive me for posting this question here.... I am afraid to post it on the other boards since many people do not "know" me.

My marriage ended in divorce. We dealt with male IF and went through IVF. Due to my age, I am not sure if marriage and children are in the cards. While I am doing all I can to live life and perhaps meet someone, I also know I can't wait 5 years to have a child due to age.

I was wondering if anyone did IUI/sperm donor to have a child as a single parent. Or if you know of someone who has in the past. I am a few years out from going on this path, as I will give some time to meet someone. But I was wondering if anyone has experience they can share with me. Thank you for letting me borrow your board for the moment.
