I think it sounds like a fun, full party!
I think 6 feet of hero is a lot for 25 adults.. but it's something you can give them to take home if there are extras. I'd keep the amount of S&P. It can be eaten as leftovers for dinner on Monday!!
For apps I might put out a crudite or something a little light. I'd also consider adding some Salad and breadsticks to dinner!
