I would do 1 tray of s&p and 1 tray of a chicken dish like chicken marsala. I always like to have a chicken option. 6 feet of here sounds good. You can always have leftovers for lunch or give some away. I rather have too much then too little. I would do 3ft of one type and 3 ft of another. Spinach artichoke is always popular. I'm not sure of your budget but I always like to have shrimp cocktail. A 2 pound bag of frozen shrimp would be enough for 25 people.
